British Sparkling
Jan 28, 2023
|
We tasted British sparkling and champagne this time. England has the same white chalk soil and cool climate as the Champagne region, and it has been a while after sparkling wines, using Champagne varieties with the same method as champagne, have been produced. We will have them with other in-bottle secondary fermentation products (traditional method) for comparison. One of the bottles is directly brought back from England by one of our members. Venue: Fireking Cafe |
