Colin Special We tasted wine with Colin. Colin is the former cellar master of TWS who have moved to Sonoma county and enjoys making wine at his garden. He brought bottles of his Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc from different years. Vines was planted in 2001 and first made wine in 2004, then we experienced how the wine has changed over 20 years.
