BC Pinot Noir We tasted Pinot Noir from British Columbia. Our selection focuses on a canadian boutique winery, Foxtrot Estate, that share almost the same latitude(47 degree N) at Burgundy and only grows Pinot Noir and Chardonney. It includes wines that span different price ranges, allowing for comparisons with other regions like Burgundy and California, as well as distinctions from non-Pinot Noir BC wines. Exploring these wines provided us a fascinating tasting experience that highlights the influence of BC terroir and winemaking on the same grape variety. Time : 15:00 - 18:00
Venue : Gicca Ikedayama
