British Sparkling

Jan 28, 2023

We tasted British sparkling and champagne this time. England has the same white chalk soil and cool climate as the Champagne region, and it has been a while after sparkling wines, using Champagne varieties with the same method as champagne, have been produced. We will have them with other in-bottle secondary fermentation products (traditional method) for comparison. One of the bottles is directly brought back from England by one of our members.
