TOKYO WINE SOCIETY TASTING

Blanc de Noir - white -

March 15, 2019

It is usually sparkling or rose when you hear Blanc de Noir, but there are also interesting white wines made of red varieties. We have tasted white wines with consistency, structure, and characters of a red wine. These wines were not in the main stream but we have enjoy something different.
We had one Chenin Blanc bottle as an odd ball, however, the odd ball was the most prefered wine for the night.
We also regreted the wine E was not in the good condition therefore the result was not as we anticipated.
We also tasted grest red wines as well, we will put the picture below.
