TOKYO WINE SOCIETY TASTING

Chateauneuf-du-Pape

We had Chateaunuef-du-Pape in the steak restaurant in Hiroo, Flamme Scene. We enjoyed to taste excellent meat with Chateaunuef-du-Pape of high in alcohol and earthy with gamy flavors.

The tasting was also special in a sense that all wines brought in were from our member's cellars. The result shows people prefer younger, fresher, spicier wines, but it was also interesting to drink bottles kept in the cellar waiting to be opened up in the proper timing. Thanks to Mike san and Kevin san.
